Business Transfers
 

ACP Magazines aims to process transfers of ownership in the most efficient and timely manner possible. A minimum of four weeks notification is required. Documentation and payments must be received by ACP Magazines fourteen days prior to settlement.

 
 
 

Procedure

Once ACP Magazines has been notified of the intended sale, the appropriate documentation must be filled out and forwarded to ACP Magazines.

Vendor
In order to allow us to effectively process the transfer, the vendor needs to complete and return the Notification of Proposed Sale of Newsagency / Authority. Receipt of this form represents formal notification of the sale of the newsagency and guarantees that the final account will be paid from the proceeds of the sale at the time of settlement.

Purchaser
Establishment of a Commercial Credit Account is necessary to ensure continued delivery product. The purchaser needs to ensure the Application for Commercial Credit Account is completed in full, signed and returned promptly.
