Full service account – Retail outlet and territory management
A full service agent can relocate a store
within the territory boundaries. ACP Magazines and Network Services require 30 days
notice of the move in order to update our records and ensure that deliveries
are made to the correct address.
If a full service agent was to move within
another agents territory, they must have the written approval from the
territory manager. If this is not received then the outlet would then revert to
a subagent of the territory manager or can apply for a second direct account.
A full service agent must also notify ACP Magazines
before the closure of a retail outlet occurs, as this would require a change in
status of the ACP Magazines Newsagency Agreement. If ACP Magazines is not notified this will result in a breach of the agreement.
Retail only account – Retail
Specialist Only
An agent wishing to relocate must receive
approval from both ACP Magazines and the territory manager before doing so. Agents who
relocate without obtaining agreement from ACP Magazines will be in breach on the
Newsagency Agreement and have all Network Services supplied terminated.
Please
email contracts@acpmagazines.com.au with any
questions relating to these policies or to notify ACP Magazines of any relocations you
may be undertaking.
