At ACP Magazines Limited ('ACP Magazines'), we are committed to protecting and
maintaining your privacy. As part of our normal operations we may collect
your information. This Privacy Policy describes the type of information we

lifestyle.ninemsn.com.au/cleo (“ACP Magazines Websites”). To the extent that ACP Magazines Websites contain links
to sites operated by third parties and not related to ACP Magazines products, services or events (“Linked Websites”),
the Linked Websites are not controlled by ACP Magazines and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of
those companies. Before disclosing your personal information to Linked Websites, we advise you
to examine their privacy polices.
Ordering Third Party product
When you order a product supplied by a third party supplier (“Third Party Supplier”) through ACP Magazines or an ACP Magazines
Website, we forward your contact information to the relevant Third Party Supplier. In those instances, your
information will be governed by the privacy policy of the Third Party Supplier. Our Third Party Suppliers are not
allowed under their contract with ACP Magazines to sell, rent or lease your personal information and cannot
use your information for any secondary purpose.
Our Use of Cookies through ACP Magazines Websites
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your
computers hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us

You have the right to check what Personal Information ACP Magazines holds about you
Under the Commonwealth Privacy Act, you have the right to obtain access to any personal
information which ACP Magazines holds about you and to advise ACP Magazines of any perceived inaccuracy. There are
some exceptions to this right set out in the Act.

as set out below. ACP Magazines will require you to verify your identity and specify what information you require.
ACP Magazines may charge a fee to cover the cost of verifying your application and locating, retrieving, reviewing

likely cost in advance and can help to refine your request if required.
